Project Scope:

1. Spatially accurate
2. All content detailed
3. All services to be identified as “Hydronic Supply” System type – allowing for edit by JEG.
4. Template to be provided – Revit families to be used.
5. No model elements on “Unassigned” or ”Default” or “Undefined”
6. No model in place elements
7. All Systems to have continuity (be connected from origin to end)
8. Straight lines of pipe to be detailed as such, not broken into multiple shorter lengths.
9. Connectors (elbows, flanges, etc) to be connected and on Hydronic Supply.
10. Clash free model
11. Structural – detail based on size within Point Cloud. Choose the lowest strength of options available.
12. Model Sharing – we need to be able to work on models simultaneously during advanced development and QA / Review phase.
13. Work sets.
14. Process Piping & Equipment.
15. Electrical (LV, Comms, Containment) – Cables not detailed.
16. Building Services HVAC, Sprinkler & Piping.
